Corporate Accounts Officer
Responsibilities:
* To conduct marketing activities for consumer loans and financing products to customers including loan administration processes according to the targets set.
* To carry out the marketing program in the form of demand, account plans, account management, asset monitoring and evaluation of risk for the market environment to achieve the target of lending, funding and / or the cost of basic income is given.
* To conduct Cross-Sales of products the Bank in accordance with defined work targets.
* To make proposals for the credit application by conducting analysis of the feasibility study of potential customers in the credit process is applied.
* To monitor the management of accounts under / Chronic responsibility to ensure the uninterrupted flow of account management.
* To manage all documents related to customer loans.
* To continue development of its customer base through the activities of the banking community and other activities that support the increase in new markets (new customers).
* To perform customer service activities in accordance with the standards of service, including handling customer complaints and follow up.
* To make regular reports to the Branch Manager about the achievement of set targets.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
* At least 4 years work experience in related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staff specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.
