Accounts Officer
Requirements:
* Male max. age 27 years
* Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree, to any field.
* Min. 2.75 GPA for the state university, 3.00 for private universities.
* Required language (s): English, Indonesian
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kedoya, Mega Kuningan, Buaran, Tendean, or Jewel.
* Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

* Have good communication, presentation and negotiation as well as analytical and study skills
Legal Staff
Responsibility:
* Contacting clients and clients' collection of supporting documents
* Set the paper and filing legal documentation
* Setting up an agreement
* Conduct a review and legal drafting, the agreement dealing with and representing the company in contract negotiations
* Ensure Indonesia in accordance with relevant decisions, regulations & requirements, laws and regulations at any time
* Responsible for legal issues the company's business operations.
* Draft and review commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
* Responsible for matters relating to industrial disputes, litigation and arbitration.
Requirements:
* Male / Female, age max 30 years
* Hold Min. S1 from reputable universities of the Bachelor of Law with GPA min 3.00
* Banking experience as Head of Banking Department of Law / Notary and / or legal consultant would be an advantage
* Good knowledge and experience in trade finance, credit, bank operations and products
* Good knowledge in banking law, business, legal and financial structure of company law
* Have experience in the draft legal opinions and legal policies & standards document
* Excellent in English both oral & written min EPT / TOEFL score of 400 predictions
* Hardworking and able to work under pressure
* Good in Team Work and socializing with other people
* Required language (s): English, Indonesian
