To be a successful in the position, you will be:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Manager with exposure in Human
- Resource and General Affair.
- Having knowledge and experience in handling Training, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefit, Manpower Regulation and implementation
- Ability in supervising, controlling, and supporting of all operational activities in General Affair
