Contract Administrator (CONTRACT)
- Prepare, review, and administrate contracts throughout the different stages from the project
- Prepare contracts for Providers and Sub-contractors, higlighting relevant issues specific at work
- Negotiate contract terms, prices and payment schedule, making certain the contracts using the Clients / Providers / Sub-contractors are in a commercial sense beneficial.
- Liaise with Client, Providers, and Sub-contractors in addition to with internal Engineering, Finance and Legal teams for acquiring agreement andcontract sign off.
- Update and gaze after contract register highlighting payment conditions.
- Advise Planning and Production Departments of contractual privileges and obligations.
- Monitor, audit, and set of subcontractor performance.
Duties:
- Male, 27 - 3 decades old.
- Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, Industrial Engineering, Mine Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Financial aspects, Law or equivalent.

Duties:
- Analise survey reviews, maps, sketches, blueprints, aerial photography, along with other topographical or geological data to plan projects
- Inspect project sites to watch progress and be sure conformance to create specifications and safety or sanitation standards
- Compute load and grade needs, waterflow and drainage rates, and material stress factors to find out design specifications

Duties:
- Help with preparation of budget, forecast, and proper plans.
- Implement financial guidelines and methods.
- Review contracts along with other business contracts, highlighting potential risks and making certain that terms stick to relevant rules and rules.
- liaise using the Procedures and Finance departments to make sure that sums are invoiced in compliance with agreed key events.
- Review subcontractor monthly reviews, determining contracts that require review just before submission towards the Finance department.
- Ensure transactions are correctly recorded and joined in to the computerized accounting system.
- Gather data to judge customer happiness.
