Responsibilities:
* MAIN FUNCTION:
o Ensuring the implementation of extension activities of the provider network and provider evaluation.
* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Terevaluasinya provider performance
- The implementation of coaching programs provider
- Termutakhirnya data provider
- Establishment of Quarterly Management Report and Annual Management Report of the Department of Network Provider
- The availability of accurate provider network MOU in Indonesia
- Establishment of RKA and Work Program for the Department of Network Provider
- Realization of business process execution Provider Network Department
- The achievement of human resource development under the Department work units Provider Network
* Authority:
- Applying the results of credentialing or recredentialing provider to the Head of Division
- Applying for acceptance / rejection of the proposed provider
- Post-education program providers to the Head of Division
- Submitting proposals for the development of business processes in the Department of Network Provider
Requirements:
- Formal education
- S1 Medicine
- Skills / Certification
