Job Desription :
- Control the business growth and strategic plan for the business
- Review and control the financial risk and commercial risk, report to region Office.
- Control the 3 year business plan of the company and discuss the actual result with MD.
- Oversee and control the Budget and Forecast (quarterly)
- Oversee and review the Financial Report both Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet (based on IFRS andGAAP)
- Oversee and review all taxes With holding taxes (local and overseas)
- Control and Review the client agreement/contract agreement with clients andsupp;iers.
- Oversee the policy and the standard terms of the business is implemented properly both for clients and suppliers.
- Control and monitor the audit of the Smart Bidding System (Pricing System) to avoid any loss.
- Responsible for the implementation of Business Continuity Plan.
- Control and review the capital expenditure budget and the actual usage.
- 2ontrol the schedule of project and support with all necessary equipment immediately (project management control)
- Oversee and review the set up the KPI and control the actual achievement, cooperate with inter-department Head and HR Manager
Requirements :
1. Male/Female age between 34 - age 42 yr.
2. Bachelor degree/Master Degree in Accounting or Economics
3. Posses excellent knowledge of Cash Flow
4. Posses working knowledge of commercial laws and their applications.
5. Having experience in IFRS, Budget, Forecasting
6. Good understanding of PPh 21 (Personnel Income Tax)
7. Good understanding Indonesian tax and accounting regulation.
8. Computer literacy and trustworthy.
9. Ability to motivate subordinates and ensure their growth and development.
10. Able to work under pressure.
11. Min. 7 year relevant experience.
12. Decision maker and Excellent communicator.
13. Fluent in speaking and writing English.
14. Strong personality & self motivation person
