Responsibilities:
* Male / Female
* Maximum age 35 years at the time of hiring
* Minimum D3 graduates of all majors, GPA min 2.50 (for graduates D3) and GPA min 2.00 (for graduates of S1)
* Able interesting
* Willing to work shift
* Has good sound quality / clear articulation
* Have the skills to use computers
* Excellent proficiency in English
* Have a general knowledge of airline ticket reservation
* Graduated from a whole series of selection tests
* Having a call center experience preferred
Requirements:
* Serving the calls from customers with good Garuda Indonesia
* Provide appropriate information needed by the customer associated with the product Garuda Indonesia

* Handling complaints well
