Responsibilities:
- Understand the process of working and banking operations, both theoretically and factually
- Controlling the work processes and operating branch offices, to be run in accordance with applicable procedures
- Conducting an effective coaching and monitoring through assertive approach to ensure effective implementation of the work process and in accordance with the procedures
Requirements:
* Male / Female, max. 27 years
* Education min. S1 from various majors, IPK min. 2.75 (4:00 scale)
* Work experience in the banking operations (front office and back office) at least 1 year
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, self-reliant, confident and able to work under pressure
* Good English and Computer literate (Ms. Office) adequate
* Willing to be placed in the branches of Panin Bank in Indonesia in accordance with applicable policies
