Export Shipping
(STAFF LEVEL)

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare shipment schedule and plan for the following week
  • Arranging shipping schedule with shipping lines and forwarding agents
  • Arranging product stuffing with EMKL (in land trucking company)
  • Notify customers on shipment schedule
  • Documents needed depends on the Country regulation such as: BL, Commercial invoice, Packing list, Shipping Instruction, PEB, Fumigation, CO (Form A, B, or D), Surat Jalan, Health certificate, Physonitary Cert, Beneficiary cert, Packing declaration, Weight note, Free sale, and legalized documents by embassy.
  • Co-ordinate with shipping lines and forwarding agents after shipment for documents
  • Email and send the documents to Customers
  • Weekly and monthly report on the sales to Accounting and Export Manager
  • Report on the export expenses
Requirements:
  • Female, Minimum Education Background : S1 degree majoring in Business industry (Management preferred)
  • Has experience of at least 2 to 4 years working experiences as Export shipping documents staff
  • Good Communication skills (ability to build communication to all level of people)
  • Good in English correspondence
  • Good Administrative Skill
  • Good Personal Adaptability
