Helen Keller International in Indonesia seeks a technical skilled to develop and manage a three-year pilot program for the identification and treatment of persons with diabetic eye disease, and to develop partnerships with skilled associations, the Ministry of Health, and alternative collaborators, so as to include improved methods that result from this program into existing systems.
The ideal candidate can have expertise in program management/administration and a operating information of community medicine/public health/health, together with connected procurement processes, innovative approaches to enhance service delivery, monitoring and verification, reporting and project management.

Requirements:
* Graduate from University with S1 Bachelors from special education or psychology, Masters Degree will be a plus
* 5 years experience work in an NGO or have education experience (experience with children with disabilities is a plus)
* Have experience in working with multi-national consultants.
* Public speaking, Diplomacy and Interpersonal skills are vital
* Have Public Relation and Event Coordination experience
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Excellent Bahasa Indonesia writing skills
* Enjoys working with minimum supervision
