
Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and empowering sales
* Coaching and Mentoring
* Coordination of premium collection of new and renewal policies
* Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential clients
* Perform planning and accountability costs
* Report monthly sales activities to the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Group Head
* Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenues
* Ensuring the capability of the sales team to achieve the objective
* Provide excellent service to existing and ongoing processed customers
Requirements:
* 30 – 40 years old
* Minimum S1 from any discipline, preferably with A3IK certifications
* Minimum 5 yrs exp. in handling Sales at General/Broker Insurances
* Minimum 3 yrs exp. in Managerial positions
* Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill
* English and Computer Literate is a must
* Highly motivated, discipline, honest, client oriented
* Strong knowledge of system, business plan and procedure
