Customer Service Manager (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
To plan, direct and control managerial and support personnel in performing customer service and Air Cargo as our clearance service to customers, to ensure timely and cost effective accomplishment of service commitment and revenue goals
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Strong command of English (both written and verbal)
* Experience in handling Customer Service and Operational activities in courier express company.
* Knowledge of forwarding and distribution industry.
* Strong planning, organizing, negotiation and presentation skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills

Training Specialist (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, evaluate, analyze, and update training development programs to ensure and improve employees’ competencies and performance.
Requirements:
