
Secretary / Personal Assistant
Requirements:
* Must speak Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa and Mandarin Chinese
* Be Able to do the highest quality Home to Chinese written translation.
* Have excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in written.
* Be confident and personable.
* Be organized, punctual and professional
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5 with extra pay for extra hours needed Pls.
The job responsibilities Involve organizing meetings through the phone and email, arranging logistics and dealing with the schedule of the two executives.
The basic salary is negotiable for the right candidate as well as a commission bonus structure on top of the basic salary.
