PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (PMT)
Management development program that is meant as an early career path for graduates wishing to become knowledgeable manager in property management. Possesses sensible communications and interpersonal skills, robust leadership, self-motivated and a team player. Minimum one year expertise, ideally with a background in design or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil).
Required Qualifications:

* Fluent in English both oral and written.
* Minimum S1 Degrees with GPA 3.0 or higher from reputable universities
SALES EXECUTIVE (SE-Res)

Ability to identify business opportunities, accessibility to high net worth individuals and build strong customer relationships, as well as applying product knowledge, understanding property market and business trends to meet assigned targets and performance expectations. Proactive and assertive, with advanced interpersonal, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
