Qualification:
* Engineering graduate (architec/civil engineering preferred) with minimum 2 years experience in related field such as building construction projects
* Wide range of business networks especially main contractor, mechanical & electrical consultant and project owner
* Experience on handling project tender
* Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical product (technical specification)
* Computer literate MS Office (word, excel, power point, project)
* Self motivated, self started, aggressive and could work with minimum supervision
* Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent command in English both written and spoken
* Strong leadership, communicative and good appearance
* Own vehicle ownership is an advantage
Sales Admin Staff (SA)
Qualification:
* Female, single, not more than 30 years old
* Degree in any major with minimum 2 years experience in related field
* Excellent physical condition
* Honest, dynamic, energetic and assertive
* Able to handle administrator task and finance
* Computer literate MS Office (word and excel)
* Self motivated, self started and could work with minimum supervision.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Has strong sense of responsibilities and familiar with multi-tasking jobs
* Excellent command in English both written and spoken
* Strong leadership, communicative and good appearance
