- Maintains Service management system and CS Plus (SAP +AX)
- OSCAR data management (compile and making data report and analysis)
- Training Coordinator
- Customer Survey data administrator
- ASC Management (Improve ASC Awareness and Branding)
PRE-REQUISITES
Qualification :
* Information system (IS) back ground
* English skill
* Data Analysis skill
* Software knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server and Access database)
* Hardware knowledge (PC Troubleshooting)
* Data management skill (Excel Pivot/Graph/Chart/PowerPoint)
