Responsibilities:
* Tasks and Responsibilities:
o To run effectively export and import operation function, arrangements, procedures, and maintains current information on import-export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions both air and ocean freight, for both chemicals and pharmaceutical divisions
o Conversant with export import documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, BL, PEB and EDI)
o Maintain a good relationship with forwarders, airlines and shipping lines
o Be aware of the risks involved in working with dangerous / poisonous substances
o Be willing to intensive travel to port, customs office
o Be willing to be exposed to any hazardous situation in term of business ethics
Requirements:
* Educational Background:
o Bachelor (S1) Degree major in Chemistry, Pharmacy , Industrial Technology or Logistics Business Administration
o A university graduate with at least 1 years proven experiences in customs clearance process and familiar with freight forwarding industry
o Knowledge Export & Import Procedures for air and ocean freight forwarding, Basic cargo, PPJK license, principle and practice of management, Microsoft office application, applicable state and government or local laws / regulation which is connected with import matters

o Able to withhold action or speech in the absence of important information; deal with unresolved situations, frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
o Able to relate to routine operations in a manner that is consistent with existing solutions to problems; to conform to established policies and procedures; log work activities.
o Able to use a systematic approach in solving problems through analysis of problem and evaluation of alternate solutions; use logic, mathematics or other problem- solving tools in data analysis or in generating solutions
o Able to clearly present information through the spoken word; influence or persuade others through oral presentation in positive or negative circumstances; listen well. Able to write clearly and effectively present ideas and to record activities; to read and interpret written information.
Production Supervisor (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily activities to produce the bulk comply to cGMP and EHS requirements
* Make sure cleanliness and tidiness production rooms, machines, and personal hygiene
* Prepare and revise SOP or related documents
* Monitor and evaluate OEE implementation in the manufacturing area
* Make sure that machines, equipment, room utilization and building are in good condition
* Together with Manufacturing Manager investigate and solve technical problem which arise during process
Requirements:
* General Qualification:
o Male or Female
o Pharmacist
o Having at least 3 years experiences in the production field
o Willing to work on shift
