- Have experience in their field min.3 year, the executive officer position min. manager(1), min. 2 years (2), min. fresh graduate (3.4)
- Having managerial experience in business development in the banking (1)
- Oriented on target and achieving a satisfactory outcome
- Ability to analyze the potential and market opportunities and creating development ideas
- Has the ability to work with the team and have good integrity
- Able to speak English min. passive, can operate a computer (word & excel)
