Work Location: Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan
Requirements: 1. Customer Agent (CA)
* Female, SMA or D1. Must be Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia, Age: 19-25
* First point of contact for customer
* Information rendering to the customer
* Q-System Management
* Service Counter Management
* Collection Points Management, General Enquiry, Checking of devices warranty
* First-level screening of the technical condition of the device.
* Monitor and track Every order call or service call from beginning Until closures and job-critical cases escalate to higher echelon
2. Technician PC / Notebook (TECH)) (4 persons)
* High School or D1. Must be Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia, Age: 19-25
* Level 1 and Level 2 PC / Notebook Repair
* Failure analysis (User / usage faults, network faul, SW / HW Fault)
* SW knowledge in Windows applications
* Repair of defect electircal Which do not Require tuning
* Change electromechanical parts for soldering is required Nowhere
* Provide information for out of warranty quote
* Certified Technician is preferable (HP, DELL, Lenovo or Toshiba)
3.Staff Administration (SA) (3 persons)
* Issue orders and invoices for Out Of Warranty (OOW) units
* Issue invoices for sell product (accessories)
* Money collection and financial reporting
