Process Engineer, Location: Narogong
Scope of Works
* To provide professional chemical and process engineering support for the Narogong operations, specifically (but not limited to): Cement mill grinding operation and all equipment contained within that cost centre.
* To provide contribution to the establishment of plant performance indicators, as means of measurement of continuous and sustainable improvement
Requirements
* Education: University degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry
* Experience:
o 3-5 years experience in heavy processing industry with a focus on process improvement. Preferably in the materials handling or pry-processing industry.
o Cement processing experience in areas of process Chemistry optimisation and plant improvements.
* Computer literacy: Computer literacy/data analysis
* Language: Fluency in written and spoken English
* Other qualification / skills:
o Think the Business
o Investigation and decision making skill
o Knowledge of the cement manufacturing process
o Understanding of various process measuring analysers
Field Services Officer, Location: Narogong
Scope of Works
* To be able to provide site assessment & justification at Customers site as input for field services job scope definitions
* To be able to plan requirement to execute field services job (ie. Man power, equipment, waste transportation, PPE, documentation, etc)
* To be able to execute field services job as per agreed project scope in timely manner and satisfy the customers needs.
Requirements
* Education: D3 Technical Education
* Experience:
o Minimum 1 years in current position,
o Plant / operational patroller background
o Field services project experience (in any area preferable in waste handling project)
o Environment background is preferable
* Computer literacy: Computer literacy
* Language: Good command in English both oral & written
* Other qualification / skills:
o Good interpersonal and communication skill
o Understand Legal aspect of hazardous waste handling
o OHS & E knowledge relevant with hazardous waste handling
o Experience working with third party & customers
o Hazardous waste packaging, transportation and handling
