SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT & OD
Key Accountability
* Consultation with the Head of Department and the Division HR Manager to meet the requirements and understand the terms of vacancies prior to advertising
* Advertising Jobs on the right media
* Conduct telephone and direct interviews
* Coordinate all interviews with key stakeholders
* Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies
* Negotiating offers with potential applicants and recruitment agencies
* Responding to both internal and external applicants in a timely manner
* * To build external talent pool for future organizational needs.
* Accountable for the various functions of the Organization Development
Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable University
* 3-5 years experience in job recruitment (of the MNC would be an advantage), and has experience recruiting for the Hi-Tech or Telcos would be an advantage.
* Have experience in OD or L & D, would be an advantage
* Strong proficiency from interview skills
* Excellent knowledge in reading, analyze & interpret the results of a psychological tool.
* Having good logic & strong analytical ability, good interpersonal & communication skills.
* Proactive, hardworking people, constant pressure, can develop in fast.
* Fluency in English both oral and written
* Computer literacy
DATA ENTRY SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervision of staff and data entry, data entry process for maintaining an accurate and effective database of companies in order to ensure the project meets the deadline
* Monitor the data entry process in order to preserve the correct databases and well-organized
* Provide a schedule and monitor the implementation schedule of the task of data entry staff to achieve the quantity and quality of data entry and meet deadlines
* Develop and motivate staff through training and counseling in order to enhance the professionalism of the team, competence and motivation so as to ensure the project implementation date of entry plan effectively and efficiently implemented
* Analyze all the problems associated with data entry process in order to provide the best solutions and recommendations to solve problems
* Provide regular reports productivity and performance to be submitted to excel in order to support action plans and superior decision-making process
Requirements:
* Min. Diploma Degree
* Min. 3 years experience working in data entry process with two years experience at supervisory level
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Mastering the spoken and written English
* Computer literacy (Ms Excel)
